Spherion Staffing is seeking an experienced Night Shift On-Site Manager to oversee and manage our team of temporary employees. As the On-Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the night shift, managing employee performance, addressing client needs, and maintaining a productive and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily operations of the night shift, including overseeing 100+ temporary employees working across production lines.
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and production standards.
-Act as the primary point of contact between Spherion and our client, addressing staffing needs and resolving any client or employee concerns.
-Conduct shift meetings, communicate job assignments, and monitor team performance.
-Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and incidents.
-Collaborate with internal Spherion teams to ensure staffing levels meet production demands.
-Implement strategies to minimize turnover and maximize employee retention.
-Handle employee onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
-Provide weekly reports to Spherion management regarding performance metrics and staffing challenges.

Working hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Skills:
-Prior experience in staffing or managing large teams in a production or warehouse setting.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse workforce.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in staffing or production management.
-Ability to work the night shift, including weekends if required.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with staffing management software.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
-Ability to handle multiple priorities and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
