Responsibilities: + Supervise and mentor L1 and L2 NOC Engineers. + Oversee the response to network alerts and hardware malfunctions. + Ensure timely diagnosis and troubleshooting of network errors. + Track and document network issues; compile and review incident reports. + Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. + Lead and coordinate Bridge calls for P1/P2 issues. + Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network operations. + Ensure continuous improvement of network monitoring and incident response processes. + Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network operations. Skills: + In-depth knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN, and Access points. + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience: + Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer. + Proven leadership experience in a network operations center or similar environment. + Good written and verbal communication skills. Education: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field. + Good to have - CCNA, JNCIA or CISSP or relevant certifications.
