Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to promote call center agent opportunities.Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Provide detailed information about job responsibilities, requirements, and company culture to prospective candidatesProficient in handling the recruitment of bulk hiringOrganize daily reports and strategies for recruitment eventsAdapt to business needs and work prioritiesQualificationsEducation:
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred.Experience:
Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a BPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
