Summary: Seeking an Onsite Service Technician responsible for maintaining automated equipment, providing technical support, and training customer representatives.

Job Requirements:

General knowledge of automation and robotics technologies.

Experience performing preventative maintenance on automation equipment.

Ability to train customers on automation systems.

Experience resolving technical issues in a customer service environment.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong problem-solving skills related to mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.

Preferred Skills:

Associate's Degree in Technology or related discipline.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an industrial, engineering, or automation environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for automated equipment at the customer site.

Perform daily preventative and corrective maintenance.

Plan and coordinate maintenance service activities with the customer.

Prepare inspection reports and troubleshooting analysis of equipment and systems.

Provide ongoing oversight of system functionality.

Manage the customer's spare parts inventory for automated equipment.

Participate in initiatives to improve system practices with stakeholders.

Provide continuous training for customer personnel and other employees within the organization.

Participate in weekly customer meetings as the main point of contact between the customer and service team.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies during work activities.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
