As an Onsite Staffing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, optimizing workforce performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance.
Responsibility will include:
Impact Our Client:
Manage the daily operations of the onsite workforce.Ensure client satisfaction & exceed staffing needs.Serve as primary client contact, providing prompt communication.Support teammates with onboarding, payroll, & inquiries.Operational Excellence:
Handle all non-work-related tasks for onsite teammates.Process payroll, track attendance, & administer corrective action.Investigate & resolve teammate complaints and workplace incidents.Manage workers' compensation claims & conduct exit interviews.Workforce Optimization:
Supervise daily operations, including check-ins & schedule management.Client Relationship Management:
Address client staffing needs, resolve issues, & foster strong partnerships.Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to company policies, client site rules, & safety regulations.Performance Management:
Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, & implement disciplinary actions.Recruitment & Onboarding:
Facilitate onboarding & support recruiting efforts to obtain top talent.Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Attributes May Include:
2+ years of experience in HR, staffing, or related fields, including onboarding and training in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusExcellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and able to manage with minimal supervisionKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsAbility to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-VerifyBenefits
