ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior team members to understand hiring needs.Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon.Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.Administer end-to-end process tasks including headcount-related administrative tasks, requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, securing interviewers, and providing hiring updates to key stakeholders.Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots and process improvement projects.Essential SkillsAdvanced Excel skillsAd Hoc Reporting/Project CoordinationArranging InterviewsCandidate Generation/SourcingCollege RecruitingSourcing of University or Applied Scientists/MLTechnical RecruitingTalent AcquisitionIT RecruitingAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree required2 years of recruiting experienceExperience in recruiting Master/PhD studentsWork EnvironmentThe role involves working 5 days a week in a fast-paced environment. You will be using various applicant tracking systems and tools to manage the recruiting process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial to thrive in this dynamic setting.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47.00 - $50.00/hr.
