Onsite - Tier III Helpdesk
Job Description Insight Globals client within the agricultural industry is seeking a Tier III Helpdesk. This VOIP project will require migrating from phone use to Microsoft Teams. This will be project-based work vs. ticketing. 70% project 30% tickets. There are about 300 end users that will be supported through the duration of the project.
