The Onsite Workplace Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and engaging workplace experience for employees. This role involves managing office operations, optimizing workplace resources, and providing on-the-ground support to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Role and responsibilities

-Diagnosis of hardware and software issues at the workstation

-Maintenance of equipment and peripherals

-Installation of equipment, boards, and projectors

-Inventory of equipment in the corporate tool

-System updates and patch management

-Backup and recovery of data

-Configuration and troubleshooting of network connections

-User training and support for software applications

-Monitoring and responding to security incidents

-Daily logging in Device42 and Jira, stock management (receipt,delivery and traceability), equipment incidents support and standard technical support

Skills and qualifications

-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with employees and vendors

-Proficiency in workplace technologies and facility management tools

-Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
