This includes defining business requirements, creating architectural designs, and ensuring the integrity and functionality of the data throughout its lifecycle. Aligning data strategy with business goals has become paramount, and an Ontology Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization's data structure and ensuring that it meets the business's current and future needs. Responsible for the design, performance, security, and scalability of Ontology, making their role essential for successful Digital Transformation projects and overall business success. **Essential Duties:** + Develop and maintain high-level and low-level architectural designs for ontology, ensuring they align with organizational goals and requirements. + Design systems that can scale to meet growing demands and ensure optimal performance under various load conditions. + Manage Ontology development and permissions, including the definition of Ontology standards; create data models in the Ontology that reflect organizational priorities and structures and deeply connect with the reality of operations and requirements. + Work with shareholders and use case teams to map concepts to the Ontology; scope and develop all Ontology-relevant concepts and ideas including implementation and alignment with ontological structures. + Monitor and optimize data syncs and ontology objects to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance with Ontology Hydration. + Leading development and execution of data strategies and solutions to address business challenges and opportunities. + Understanding business needs and developing methods and tools to find patterns in structured and unstructured manufacturing data. + Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and end-users, to gather and analyze system requirements.
