Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight Solid knowledge of PC, Android, Mac, iOS, and their various components Able to troubleshoot across multiple platforms Track and update all the bugs in the system Good understanding on compliance/certifications requirements Good understanding on Severity levels Competitive analysis

Responsible for: 

Complete OOBE Reviews OOBE Hardware/Software Testing Fill out OOBE exit documentation Identify product issues/flaws and record in JIRA Maintain Issues filed and provide updates Accurate and on-time reporting

Essential Skills and Experience:

Good English communication skills Good documentation skills (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to stay focused on somewhat tedious checklists Self-starter with minimal need for oversight Independent thinker able to follow instruction Passion for product quality PC/Console Building/Gaming Experience No working experience is fine; 2 or 3 years working experience is a plus
