About you and this role

 

Ce poste comprendra un large éventail de responsabilités dans un environnement très automatisé et devra donc maîtriser le pilotage de l’installation mais aussi s’engager dans les opérations plus manuelles de chargement de matières premières solides ou liquides, vidange de l’installation et nettoyages inter campagne, re-travaillage des produits sous forme de Big bags ou sacs de 25 kg, interventions sur la chaîne d’emballage ou prise d’échantillons et contrôle qualité de premier niveau. Il travaillera avec son équipe afin d'anticiper et de résoudre efficacement les événements imprévus qui sont du ressort des opérateurs et sollicitera la supervision quand c’est nécessaire.

Responsibilities

Suit les règles, les principes, les procédures, les normes et les pratiques en matière de discipline opérationnelle afin d'assurer un fonctionnement sûr, fiable et efficace de l’unité de production.S'assure qu'une procédure ou un permis de travail est disponible avant chaque activité planifiée et non planifiée.Surveille les procédés, les indicateurs de performance clés, l'équipement et les systèmes de contrôle et prend les décisions appropriées pour maintenir et / ou atteindre les résultats souhaités alignés sur les objectifs de l'usine / du site / de l'entreprise.Travaille avec les membres de son équipe et d'autres équipes de travail pour effectuer les tâches requises dans les temps et transmet efficacement les consignes à la relève lors des changements de poste.Se tient à jour de ses formations obligatoires et met à profit le temps disponible pour continuer à se former.Se forme et participe au programme de formation des équipiers de seconde intervention pour assurer les interventions d’urgence du site.Contribue à l’amélioration continue de la discipline opératoire (mise à jour des procédures) et du procédé en signalant les dysfonctionnements et les pistes d’amélioration.Effectue la maintenance autonome ou de premier niveau, y compris les réparations mineures et l'entretien préventif, en utilisant les procédures disponibles.

Qualifications

Vous êtes de niveau BTS ou DUT avec des connaissances en chimie, électrotechnique et automatisme.CAICBac Pro ou expérience significative dans le domaine de la production.La langue française est obligatoire. L'anglais est un plus.
