Job Description

The Role

OpEx Masters coach OpEx leaders through project phases, applying appropriate methodologies and tools to address key questions. They provide advanced analytics, leverage best practices across business units, and replicate successful projects. They drive continuous improvement, enhance leadership engagement, and ensure project goals align with strategic objectives.
 
You will work with Executive Champions, Business Leaders, and Stakeholders to define project scope, schedule resources, and deploy strategies. Your role includes training and mentoring future OpEx leaders while contributing to the shared knowledge base. Travel to manufacturing plants as needed is required to support projects and initiatives.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

 - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
 - 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality.
 - 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Operations, or about OpEx Project/Program Management.

-Six Sigma Black Belt or Faster Master certification required.

 - Proven ability to coach & influence Senior Leaders
 - Successfully led multiple transactional, proactive, and/or reactive projects using continuous improvement methodologies such as Shainin or Red X and the effective application of Lean and/or Six Sigma tools through DMAIC, DMADV, and/or DFSS methodologies.
 - Experience using statistical software tools such as Minitab.
 - Strong focus on execution.
 - Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives.
 - Demonstrated ability to coach & influence others with the adoption of the OpEx mindset and advocacy. 
 - Strong facilitation and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
 - Proven ability to simplify strategy into simple actions.
 - Deals with ambiguity effectively and demonstrates agility in challenging circumstances independently; demonstrates managerial courage regularly
 - Demonstrated ability to have the critical/crucial conversation to overcome objections and road blocks

-Bilingual Spanish and English

-Support multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico and Mexico operations with OpEx methodologies. 

-Coach and train project leaders in order for them to successfully deliver results at their sites. 

-Tackles challenges with professional analysis, proposing solutions to improve processes.

-Uses advanced analytical tools to resolve non-standard problems.

Works independently with minimal guidance, assisting less experienced colleagues.

-Develops solutions based on limited information, using judgment for new challenges.

-Enhances relationships with senior partners, using data to demonstrate project value.

-Effects change through persuasion in broader functional areas.

-Addresses diverse challenges, developing plans and solutions independently.

-Leads by example, taking responsibility for actions and achieving goals.

-Has significant operational impact across their function.
