Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED equivalent required. + Medical terminology knowledge preferred. + Two years of experience in a medical office, call center, customer service, or clerical setting preferred. + Proficient in general computer skills, including basic internet usage and Microsoft Office applications. + Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to operate multi-line phones and standard office equipment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. + Creative and forward-thinking in addressing challenges. + Maintains a professional appearance and complies with clinic/facility dress code standards. + Flexibility to work at other locations as needed.
