Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Medical terminology knowledge preferred. Two years of experience in a medical office, call center, customer service, or clerical setting preferred. Proficient in general computer skills, including basic internet usage and Microsoft Office applications. Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to operate multi-line phones and standard office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Creative and forward-thinking in addressing challenges. Maintains a professional appearance and complies with clinic/facility dress code standards. Flexibility to work at other locations as needed.
