The Open Connect Partner Engagement Team works to ensure the best end-user quality of experience possible through efforts with ISPs to maximize traffic throughput and minimize network congestion in the most efficient manner possible. This role is suited to a seasoned professional with more than 7 years of related experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with Internet Service Providers who are looking for a new challenge at one of the largest Internet content providers in the world.

Communicate effectively and succinctly with a wide variety of technical, business, and legal contacts at ISP partners fluently in EnglishA history of executive engagements with ISPsDeep understanding of the Internet ecosystem, both from a technical and business perspectiveHigh-level project management skills to ensure the success of partner activitiesExceptional familiarity with Internet technology concepts and their use by ISPs including routing (IGP/BGP), traffic management, and interconnection and data center servicesAbility to present Netflix Open Connect concepts and activities for audiences of various sizesAbility to analyze and present a variety of data using Google Sheets, scripting, and database queriesBe able to produce reports using tools such as Microstrategy and Tableau for internal and partner usesIn addition, you must have the following qualities:

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $490,000
