Employment Type: Permanent Faculty Vacancy ID: FAC0005373 Salary Range: Dependent on Qualifications Position Summary/Description: The Department of Epidemiology, Gillings School of Global Public Health, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is recruiting two full-time tenure track faculty positions focused on reproductive, perinatal, or pediatric epidemiology. These positions will be at the rank of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. Outstanding candidates will have expertise applying epidemiology methods to understand the epidemiology, etiology, biology, prevention, or equity related to reproduction, perinatal health, or pediatric health. UNC Department of Epidemiology faculty are expected to develop and maintain an independently funded research portfolios, serve as academic advisors to doctoral and masters epidemiology students, and contribute to classroom teaching in their discipline. e.g. reproductive, perinatal and pediatric epidemiology.
