What You Will Do:
Work across organizational boundaries and stakeholder groups to problem-solve and identify ways forward for challenging mission program challenges
Utilize process improvement and project management skills and experience to optimize open source collection requirements management workflows and processes
Leverage technical skills and Scrum Master certification to enhance all project management efforts and integrate process improvements iteratively
Collaborate and coordinate with technical and non-technical colleagues to identify, refine, coordinate, and implement new workflows and processes that advance and achieve client program objectives in support of mission requirements
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, information technology, or a related field
EIGHT (8) or more years of experience supporting mission programs within a national security setting that involve the iterative optimization of technology applications
A Scrum Master certification
Ability to operate autonomously and with minimal top cover while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
What Would Be Nice To Have:
TWELEVE (12) or more years of experience supporting mission programs within a national security setting that involve the iterative optimization of technology applications
FOUR (4) or more years of experience applying Scrum Master certification to technology and project management challenges
A Master's degree in business, economics, information technology, or a related field
