Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for an Open Source Intelligence Analyst to support a federal law enforcement client’s Open Source Intelligence Program focused on detecting threats to specific people, locations, and events. As an Open Source Intelligence Analyst, you will use Boolean logic, automated search tools, and other research skills to find, analyze, and disseminate relevant information about Iraq in social media, news sites, forums, and other open sources. The information you disseminate will be used by security and law enforcement personnel within Iraq to inform security operations.

Responsibilities/Duties:   

Conduct advanced open source research to identify information in the Iraq AOR that will be relevant and useful to security personnel. Author or contribute to open source intelligence products focused on Iraq, ensuring products are timely, well-formatted, concise, and informative. Review open source information identified by office personnel to assess the accuracy, credibility, validity, and relevance.Use Arabic and Iraqi knowledge to translate Arabic into English, ensuring non-Arabic speakers fully understand the meaning and context. Conduct collaborative discussions with office personnel to determine which information is relevant, determine the veracity of online information, delineate production responsibilities, and review editorial suggestions. Continuously improve open source intelligence products to better align with customer information needs and office production goals. 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Fluency in Arabic, including Iraqi-dialects and slang. Knowledge of Iraqi government, history, politics, culture, and security. Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to write clearly and concisely, both short and long-form. Ability to clearly summarize information in writing.Knowledge of internet-based research, including Boolean logic.Demonstrated ability to learn new software. Highly collaborative, with ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.Ability to meet established customer requirements, including publishing deadlines. Customer service mindset, with a strong desire to improve products to meet customer needs. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Knowledge of production of intelligence assessments in accordance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) requirements.Knowledge of popular and fringe social media platformsCompleted formal Open Source Intelligence or advanced internet research training course
