Sobre você e esta função

A Dow tem uma oportunidade para um operador (m/f) localizado na fábrica em Estarreja ou no Terminal na Gafanha da Nazaré (Aveiro). Nesta função, o candidato deverá operar o equipamento ou as áreas da fábrica que lhe forem atribuídas, com um grau de supervisão próximo ou moderado. Além disso, deverá executar e comunicar as atividades relacionadas com as operações, em conformidade com a lista de tarefas do painel de operações. Também é necessário desenvolver competências técnicas no local de trabalho para realizar atividades de rotina utilizando os procedimentos operacionais normalizados existentes.

Responsabilidades

Segurança e Disciplina Operacional: Seguir políticas e procedimentos para garantir operações seguras e eficientes, tanto para atividades planeadas quanto não planeadas.Operação e Monitorização: Operar e verificar equipamentos processuais, monitorizar condições do processo e indicadores de desempenho, e tomar decisões para atingir os objetivos da fábrica.Execução de Tarefas: Realizar tarefas operacionais programadas e resolver eventos não planeados, como ajustes de processo e preparação de equipamentos.Colaboração e Comunicação: Trabalhar com a equipa de turno para equilibrar o volume de trabalho e garantir a troca de turno de forma eficaz, mantendo a comunicação e transferência de informações.Melhoria Contínua e Manutenção: Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, realizar manutenção autónoma e participar de investigações de causa raiz para otimizar o desempenho da fábrica.

Qualificações

Habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível do 12º ano (ensino secundário)Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizadorInglês, falado e escrito
