**Additional Information** **Job Number** 25016163 **Job Category** Engineering & Facilities **Location** Hotel Arts Barcelona, Marina 19-21, Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, 8005VIEW ON MAP (https://www.google.com/maps?q=Hotel%20Arts%20Barcelona%2C%20Marina%2019-21%2C%20Barcelona%2C%20Barcelona%2C%20Spain%2C%208005) **Schedule** Full Time **Located Remotely?** N **Position Type** Non-Management **POSITION SUMMARY** 1. **Mantenimiento de Sistemas de Climatización (HVAC):** • Supervisión y mantenimiento de los equipos de aire acondicionado, ventilación y calefacción. • Ajuste de parámetros y detección de fallos en sistemas de clima. 2. **Gestión de Piscinas:** • Control y ajuste de los niveles de cloro, pH y temperatura del agua. • Inspección y mantenimiento de bombas, filtros y sistemas de recirculación. 3. **Mantenimiento de Calderas y Sistemas de Agua Caliente:** • Revisión diaria del funcionamiento de calderas y sistemas de generación de agua caliente sanitaria. • Reparación de averías menores y coordinación de intervenciones externas cuando sea necesario. 4. **Mantenimiento de Equipamiento de Cocina:** • Reparación y supervisión de equipos como hornos, campanas extractoras, lavavajillas industriales y otros. • Limpieza periódica de sistemas y componentes técnicos. 5. **Control y Supervisión General:** • Inspección regular de salas de máquinas para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento. • Identificación proactiva de posibles fallos y planificación de su resolución. • Cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y medioambientales aplicables. **Requisitos:** • Formación técnica en electricidad, mecánica, fontanería o climatización. • Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en hoteles o instalaciones de lujo. • Conocimientos avanzados de sistemas de climatización, tratamiento de aguas y equipos industriales de cocina. • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y atender emergencias técnicas. • Actitud proactiva, organizada y orientada al detalle. • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y fines de semana. **Se Ofrece:** • Contrato estable con posibilidades de desarrollo profesional. • Salario competitivo acorde con la experiencia y habilidades. • Formación continua en tecnologías y sistemas específicos del hotel. • Ambiente laboral profesional y dinámico. _Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
