**Job Summary** Operating of 5 Axis multitasking machines, CNC programming, Inspection, Efficiency improvements & maintaining 6S. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + To Do CNC Programming and operating on all Trevisan machines. + To achieve planned target with actual produced quantity, with continual improvements in the quality. + By doing kaizen in process and in programming leads to reduce cycle time and lead time of the component + Able to read and understand Design and close tolerances mentioned in the drawing, know about the required finishing RA Value + Developing New macro programs and sub programs, which improves in machining process and reduce cycle time and manual efforts. + To empower self & colleagues for the continual improvements, to sustain 6s in the machine area. + To maintain ISO / OHSAS system related documents & fill up the daily OEE sheet in the system. + To train the newly joined operating engineers on machines. + Report any material defect, Dimensional deviation to shift Engineer. + Report machine breakdown to maintenance department. + Reduction in cycle time & insert consumption. + Prepare next set up in advance, arrange tooling & prepare program. + Maintain machine DBM, update set up time, production quantity & breakdown hours. **Who You Are:** You stay focused and composed in stressful situations. You get the most out of available resources and secure rare resources others can’t get. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Minimum 2-5 years' of work experience in Operating of 5 axis multitasking machines & CNC programming. + Knowledge of operating TREVISAN machine is preferred. + Knowledge of CNC operating systems. + Knowledge of machining processes. + knowledge of Lean Tools. + knowledge of Cutting tools and measuring instruments **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. + Advance Diploma in CNC Programming. + Good communication skills + Should be a good Team Player. **Our Offer To You:** By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
