Responsibilities

PMC is looking for a per diem, day shift Operating Room/Surgical Tech (ST) who is empathetic and has good communication skills. responsible for the preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned proceduremaintaining sterile field during caseproviding surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned proceduresable to work well under stressful and emergency situationsable to act quickly and accuratelysome assistance in sterile processing may be necessary Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

graduation from an ORT training program within 6 months of hire or on the job training with a minimum of 2 years experience surgical setting, preferredcurrent BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain currentexperience in scrubbing minor and major procedures in various surgical specialties (i.e. General, Ortho, Urology and GYN)
