RRMC wants to hire an OR/Surgical Tech (CST/ST) who is empathetic and has good communication skills. We have a collaborative culture focused on positive outcomes, opportunities for professional growth and so much more. Our OR/Surg Tech duties include but are not limited to:
responsible for the preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned proceduremaintaining sterile field during caseproviding surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned proceduresable to work well under stressful and emergency situationsable to act quickly and accuratelysome assistance in sterile processing may be necessary12 hour days 6:15a - 7:00p QualificationsEducation and Work Experience
High School Diploma or equivalentgraduation from an ORT training program or on the job training with a minimum of 3 years experience in a surgical setting, preferredcurrent BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain currentexperience in scrubbing minor and major procedures in various surgical specialties (i.e. GYN, Plastics, ENT, Neuro, General, Ortho, Urology and GI)
