Operation Concierge Driver
Job Description Job Title: Operation Concierge Driver Location: Melbourne, Florida Company: STS Technical Services Full or Part-Time: Full Time Position Summary

The Customer Center Operations Concierge Driver is responsible for supporting customers’ and guests’ experiences during activities hosted in the Global Customer Center. This position involves onsite and offsite driving activities for the Customer Center Team, supporting customer activities and events. The role requires a good driving record and strong communication skills as it involves interaction with customers and senior leaders.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Experience Support:

Transport customers and senior leaders locally or within the campus as needed; responsible driving and good records are required. Drive customers on campus tours with Concierge team members. Drive senior leaders to on-campus events. Drive customers and senior leaders to local airports, hotels, restaurants, or offsite functions. Assist customers with departure needs, including loading their luggage in the company vehicle. Prepare the vehicle with beverages and snack baskets according to customer preferences. Participate in meetings to gather detailed information on upcoming customer activities for planning and preparation. Maintain the fleet by getting vehicles fueled, washed, detailed, and scheduling regular maintenance. Run occasional urgent errands as needed. Handle inbound and outbound mail, sorting, delivering, and occasionally boxing and shipping items. Demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures that pertain to the department. Perform administrative duties as needed. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education:

Valid Driver’s License

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a driver role with regular customer-facing interactions. Customer service/experience background preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Impeccable driving record. Observant and aware. Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills. Independent thinker and self-starter with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to multi-task and reprioritize; handles pressure well. Excellent people skills; respectful, pleasant, emotionally intelligent. Excellent personal presentation; adheres to dress code. Demonstrates high personal integrity. Inspires trust. Strong interpersonal skills. Bilingual skills desirable but not required.
