Order Entry

Processing purchase orders received from customers and sales representatives, issuing Purchase order by Fax to HQ and Affiliates, entering load sheets (products, customers, bill-to, ship-to), order entry in Great Plains system (KNOWLEDGE OF GREAT PLAINS), maintenance on existing orders (increases, decreases, cancellations, etc).

Shipping Schedule Control

Updating shipping schedules, responding to customer inquiries as to status of order, negotiate shipping schedule with HQ and Affiliates, shipping plan

Shipping Coordination

Communicating with HQ, Affiliates, customers and Sales Representatives for schedules and shipping documents, prepare packing lists for all related sample shipments
