As the Operation Department Leader, you will:
Lead and deliver the daily operations and ensure operational excellence of your department.Lead the team to create the vision in line with the growth of the site. Playing a unique role to deliver excellence in safety, quality, stewardship, internal control, cyber security, productivity, Cost, Cash, Service and all other related measures for the whole department.Enable the commitment of the entire department, both internally and externally and energize the organization to achieve the vision and build the organizational capability to achieve future objectives.Being Responsible for compliance with corporate principles in manufacturing site and leading the Integrated Work System Leadership (P&G Internal System to assess Operational Capability and Efficiency) to deliver the organizational and business goals.Own the department BCP to ensure the seamless operation of the entire supply chain.Implementing the whole department’s strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and providing a clear sense of directions & focuses for multi-functional team to deliver business results.Develop and growth local talent pipelines. Coaching/developing Line leaders, AM, PM pillar owners, Cost Engineer and HS&E Owner.Job Qualifications
Candidate must have proven work experience as an Operation Department Leader in big FMCG, preferred in liquid detergent category. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills. Preferably who have led multi-functional team with the size of organization up to 100 headcounts.Candidate must have at least fifteen (10) years of working experience in manufacturing site.Candidate must be familiar with standard equipment and technical expertise, have a deep understanding of the technical requirements as well as the products that the Company produces, can improve, and optimize the process reliability, understand E2E Supply Chain Synchronization Concept, driving Loss Elimination and maximize the Category Value Chain.Candidate needs to be an expert on Integrated Work System 5.0.Job Schedule
