As an Operations Excellence you will work directly with the business support teams to ensure all customer orders are able to be shipped on time and within all shipping requirements. Understanding and maintain all warehouse Master Data. Monitor and Process all system queues to ensure orders are flowing properly through all channels. Maintain and manage all physical inventory processes to ensure root cause analysis is performed and all inventory is kept greater than 97% accuracy. This role would manage storage bins including create, change, load and sort storage bins, maintain fixed storage bins, storage bin assignments and mass changes. Manage slotting master including slot products for warehouse, plan activation, simulating slotting and condition maintenance for slotting. Maintain and manage planned shipping Handling units, cartonization planning for outbound delivery order and waves. Manage reporting of KPI’s for each business unit. Lead tasks and projects to ensure the success of the project is obtained. Work within Dentsply Sirona team members in identifying new solutions for business challenges.

 

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years end-to-end SAP experience. Excellent business process understanding in warehouse and logistics processes. Hands-On experience with SAP/EWM. Excellent understanding of EWM functionality; Inbound processes with and without Quality inspection from Vendors, Outbound process for STO and Customer Shipments, internal warehouse movements, and physical inventory. Knowledge of inbound and outbound end-to-end processes, physical inventory, batch management and resource management. Excellent understanding and experience working with other relevant modules e.g. Sales, Procurement, Production and Quality Management. Experience working in Life Science industries (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices) is preferred. Very good soft skills & communication skills. Business fluent in English, any additional language is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant experience and education.
