Job Description

The focus of Operation Intern is on achieving results that are aligned with the overall organization and its strategic goals. Attention to Details, Curiosity, Proactive mindset, Self-motivation and Teamwork are the keys to achieving the performance objectives of the Operations Intern at Expeditors.

Key Deliverables

Daily communicate with customers and service providers, with provision of exceptional customer services in mindTimely and accuracy data entry into Expeditors systemsChecking and verifying shipping documentations and store into Expeditors Document Image system.Preparing and issuing required documents to customers.Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting department for process improvement and cost reductionAttend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledgeTake on additional assignments as required, supporting company needs

Qualifications

Delivered Skill-Sets and Characteristics

Oral and written proficiency in the English language.Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environmentSense of urgency for goal achievementSelf-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentTimeliness and accountability for results
