Operation Logistics Specialist, reporting to the Logistic Coordinator, has the task of coordinating and communicating processes between the 3PL DCs (Brignano – Italy and Ontigola – Spain) and the SBD organization.
With a focus on the timely, accurate fulfilment of orders, Operation Logistics Specialist promotes positive relations with sales department, business care function and demand function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the coordination between Customer Service, Supply Chain, TransportationGiving support to the 3PL on Inbound / Outbound prioritization to anticipate workloadStock reliability supportEnsure stock & deliveries reconciliation between SAP et 3PLs WMSProvide support to annual stock take activitiesReport out KPIs defined by EMEA ANZ Organization (PPM, OTD…)Returns CoordinationCustomer Claims coordinationProvide support and guidance to the Business Care teams to ensure strong processes are developed and followed with the logistics partnersReport out on process/project advancementEnsure alignment across functions, external and internal supplierCollaborate on monitoring slow movers and or obsolete productsGiving support to sales and trade marketing on specific stock availability and checkACCOUNTABILITY
Operation Logistics Specialist is accountable for:
Support the performance of the DC for OTD, quality and stock reliabilityGiving relevant data to the DC to help manage the workload.Make proposal to improve processes between 3PL/ Business Care / Demand Team Report and follow up on Product Quality IssuesInbound Purchase Order maintenanceSupport new SKUs creationCoordinate with 3PL the purchase activities of consumablesCOMPETENCIES & SKILLS
