Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement business plan with strategic priorities aligned with SBU.
Develop Business Contingency Plan to minimize the impact.
Financial ManagementDeliver IG (Internal Goal) P/L delivery without compromising BV absolutes and quality service delivery.
Predictable planning and forecasting to improve IMF accuracy.
Protect OP and take cost control actions when needed.
Ensure invoice accuracy.
Quality ManagementContinuously improve quality management process and tool to ensure LTO and risk control.
Lead the team to have full compliance to code of conducts.
Develop quality KPI and follow through so that to improve the customer satisfaction.
Operation ExcellenceDrive operational excellence to continuously improve productivity, process and cost management effectiveness to deliver required OPM.
Service DeliveryDrive service delivery excellence to satisfy our clients and ensure world class service delivery to guarantee the TAT, customer satisfaction, report quality.
GR/EHS & Safety ManagementDrive improvement in ESG and achieve safety targets.
Technical and Capabilities DevelopmentContinuously driving technical competence and innovation to support site strategic plan.
Close work with Marketing and BDs to insights about market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Drive local growth projects.
Drive business engagement activities with SBU to continuous support site business growth.
Talent DevelopmentSKR identification, pipeline identification/development, talent rotation.
R&R clarification, organization alignment with SBU/Function.
Culture building and development to ensure BVocal satisfaction improvement.
Work with HRBP to find right profile talent.
Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master in: Engineering or ScienceSkills, Experience:
10 years’ working experience, with above 5 year team management experience in TIC Industry or international trading Full proficiency of the Chinese and English Language, other language skills is seen as a pro Proven Experience and Knowledge of digital tools. Good knowledge of Quality management of the industry as well as the company's product & service. Communication & Presentation Willing to learn and be able to work under pressure and travel Experience in a collaborative / cross functional / matrix organization
