Your tasks and responsibilities:
Project Support (pre operation):
Prepare Commissioning procedure, safety procedure and operation procedure for Nuclear Medicine Department.Performing commissioning of Nuclear Medicine Department.Assist inspection from Indonesian Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency.Assist hospital to obtain operation license from Indonesian Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency.Propose and monitoring deliverable all accessories required for Nuclear Medicine Department (include hot lab and cyclotron, if applicable).Prepare all necessary dossier for construction and operation permit.Operational Management:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the PET/CT scanner and associated nuclear medicine services.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and ensure high-quality patient care.Monitor and manage the department’s scheduling system to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Oversee inventory and procurement of radiopharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.Staff Supervision and Coordination:
Mentor a multidisciplinary team, including technologists, radio-pharmacists, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel.Coordinate training and development programs to ensure staff competency and compliance with safety protocols.Foster a collaborative and professional work environment, encouraging communication and teamwork.Compliance and Safety:
Ensure the department operates in full compliance with Indonesia regulations, including radiation safety standards and licensure requirements.Maintain and enforce strict adherence to quality assurance programs and protocols for imaging and radiopharmaceutical handling.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Patient Care and Service Excellence:
Ensure a patient-centered approach by addressing concerns, improving service delivery, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.Collaborate with referring physicians and other departments to streamline the patient experience.Address patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.Strategic Planning and Growth:
· Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Your qualifications and experiences:
Degree in healthcare administration, radiologic sciences, biomedical-engineering, nuclear medicine or a related field Familiarity with PET/CT technology, radiopharmaceuticals, and nuclear medicine workflows.Preferred 5 years of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist. Preferred 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a nuclear medicine or imaging department.Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, including radiation safety and HIPAA compliance.Proficiency in healthcare management software, scheduling systems, and electronic medical records (EMR).Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and optimize operational performance.Your attributes and skills:
