Operation Supervisor, Intervention Services & Drilling Tools (Fishing & Remedial)

Has responsibility for total operations performance and to plan, oversees the actual work of a team, preparing, installing, or running equipment. May be required to go to the field if operations dictate. Oversees a process or a business activity that require regular monitoring of work activity; assigning and/or delegating individuals to schedules; moving assets / resources, administering policies and/or procedures across staff areas; interacting with multiple parties internal & external to organize activities / people. Compiles reports concerning progress of work and utilization of personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise Field and workshop operations within the geographical area of duty. Organizes personnel, equipment, and material resources in the most productive and cost-effective way to meet activity demands. Leads and motivates employees to work to the best of their ability as part of the team. Coordinate with customer on upcoming operations, planning the equipment and personnel in charge with conducting the operations. Reviews the maintenance of equipment and recommends necessary actions or modifications in accordance with Weatherford standards and policies. Prepare technical Proposals and assist with engineering preparations. Ensure that all documentation related to outgoing rental equipment is according to Weatherford’s specifications. Oversees material and supply inventory to ensure effective levels of stock and inventories are kept to a minimum while meeting the area operational requirements and utilization forecast. Available on 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Participate in service quality incident investigations Review closure of actions from post-job review. Interacting with customers, conducting presentations, and attending meetings.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 8 years experience in Fishing & Remedial Operations and 2 years as project coordinator. Good knowledge of Fishing Equipment and function. Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch and track resources in support of job tickets. Proven focus on customer service and delivery with an extensive knowledge of oilfield equipment, parts, and services. Ability to work in high pressure situations, balancing both client and business expectations. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
