Responsible to assist the Area Manager with all recruitment and hiring initiatives for departmentAssist with the development, design and execution of all creative initiatives as assignedAssist Area Manager with budgets as neededSupervise all assigned associates in the Creative Services Department and ensure proper adherence to all current company and departmental procedures and to all current Occupational Health and Safety Act regulationsResponsible for the set-up, execution/operation, and strike of all special events within the park including Halloween Haunt and Winterfest.Responsible for staff scheduling, training, development and performance appraisalsAssist in obtaining and maintaining all departmental resources and facilitiesDelegate, implement and document all new projects as assignedAssist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:You!A post-secondary degree or diploma in technical theatre with major studies in technical direction and/or significant experience in a related technical fieldKnowledge of audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment requiredComputer literacy is requiredCompetency with tools and equipmentDriver's Licence (G/G2) with clean abstract is requiredPrevious management experience is requiredAvailability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
