The Operations Technology Specialist is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Operations Department across the enterprise ensuring all technology equipment are available and functioning at full capacity.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nTroubleshoot handheld devices and other equipment to ensure they are operating properly and are running at full capacity. This will be done remotely or during site visits.\nMaintain an adequate supply of all electronic equipment used for warehousing and delivery e.g. handheld devices and truck mounted devices\nOrder equipment to ensure adequate supply\nAccurately manage all associated invoices\nMaintain records to accurately monitor and track all Operations technology equipment for the enterprise.\nEnsure compliance per the Foodservice Modernization Act.\nEnsure tracking of all relevant data and maintenance of appropriate records to pass compliance audits\nTravel up to 15% of time\nTravel to divisions for technology roll-out meetings, equipment audits and various tasks related to Operations Technology.\nMust be available for on-call status and after-hours duties as needed to support the Divisions.\nOther duties as assigned to meet business needs.\n\nQualifications:
\n\nHS diploma or GED and four years related experience and/or training\nFluency in English; speak, read, and write.\nDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nSome experience with technology support or sales a plus\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\nCorporate Summary:
