As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for a number of different job functions within a specific product line contributing to the overall success of our Aerospace segment.
What You Will Be Doing
Assembling, installing, adjusting and fitting sub-assemblies/parts using appropriate tools and equipment in an industrial settingCalibrating and testing fuel systems and controls, which includes maintaining and validating test samplesUtilizing inspection equipment to verify hardware conformance to specification or drawing requirementsIdentifying and diagnosing problems within processes as well as with manufactured partsFollowing appropriate work instructions to successfully receive clean, machine, and assemble parts according to specificationsAccessing computer programs including web based systems to enter part data, log time, and review information to complete assigned tasksWhat We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredStrong mechanical aptitude, with previous assembly and/or test experience highly preferredModerate Physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing or bending; and lift or moving objectsWork is performed in area with moderate risk of discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gearInternal Applicants: Minimum of 36 consecutive months as an Operations Technician preferredApplication window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.
