Operation Technician (Contingent to Hire)

Job Description

Contingent Workers who have completed six-hundred working hours.

Key Components of the role:

Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader. Work in a Cold Environment- 32 degrees – 48 degrees depending on the assignment.     Must be willing to work with other people in a team concept.         Perform production-related functions as assigned.                       Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.                           Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups. Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of employment.                               Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.                  Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Team Leader.   Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz – Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures. This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville, MO, QRMP accountability document.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferred. Positions involve lifting, bending, and stooping. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be willing to work any shift. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work overtime as necessary
