We are seeking for an Operational Analyst to join our Global Business Services team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You support the business in providing best-in-class interfaces for the customersYou provide first hand resolutions to inquiries and forward specific questions to the appropriate Siemens business department or support functionYou process customer orders according to commercial principles and comply with all other relevant regulations and objectives.You track deliveries and ensure timely invoicing.You create reports as part of logistics controlling.You correct and/or escalate proactively deviations from the target stateYou participate in innovation projects and global communitiesWe expect the following from you:
You have a degree in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on logistics, accounting, or you have a commercial educationYou have some experience in IT (SAP) and are familiar with digital tools.You have a good level of proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications.You have practical experience in evaluating and analyzing data sets.English language skills are required.
