The Organizational Development and Communications Operational Analyst serves as member of the Organizational Development and Communications team within Enterprise Technology and Operations, focused on cultivating a workforce where all colleagues feel like they belong and are thriving, engaged and developing. The Operational Analyst is responsible for data and storytelling that connects people to purpose and assisting with employee upskilling. Core responsibilities include: + Serves as LMS administrator for Pluralsight + Leads technology upskilling campaigns and acts as the internal tech fluency champion + Collects and prepares workforce analytics related to employee upskilling/development, people analytics, DEI, and internal engagement reporting. + Designs and/or develops specific databases for collection, tracking and reporting of research and operational data. + Creates automation and develops applications that support employee experience and workplace culture enhancements. + Leads employee survey administration and reporting for Enterprise Technology and Operations. + Other duties as assigned. Requirements: + Experience working with Microsoft PowerBI and Power Apps + Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, utilize statistical computer software, manage and meet deadlines. + Working knowledge of databases, report writing, statistical software, SQL and MS office applications. + Strong analysis, research and presentation skills. + Experience working with Pluralsight, InMoment, Adobe, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is preferred. + Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field. + 4+ yrs experience in business and data analysis, processes, procedures, multiple technologies, etc. or other directly related experience. Location: + This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT. + The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company’s primary technology and operations center.
