What You Will DoThe Operational Assistant acts as the point of contact between the Executive Vice President of the company and its internal/external clients. Undertaking the task of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence. Handling the executives day-to-day calendar, organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders. Coordinating Operational projects as needed.

RequirementsMust possess a High School Diploma or equivalentProven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Healthcare Operational AssistantExemplary planning and time management skills.High level verbal and written communications skillsProficiency with MS Word and Excel is required
