Operational Buyer:
Join a team that manages the order fulfillment of Philips customers for Imaging Systems orders. This is done by ensuring accurate configurations and timely purchase order placement to meet requested delivery dates.
Your role:
Ensure customer purchase orders submitted to Philips are documented accurately and comply with business controls and policies, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Review and process orders in our Integrated Client system, validating transactions to maintain order integrity and compliance with Philips' terms and conditions.
Create and process change orders, credit and debits, ensuring timely processing while adhering to departmental turnaround times.
Actively participate in LEAN initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and implementing efficient ways of working.
Collaborate cross-functionally within the Customer Fulfillment Center to provide support and information as needed, fostering a team-oriented environment.
You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
Your skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
Basic understanding of revenue recognition, incoterms, billing of ladings, credit holds, and sales discounts.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an adaptable and organized individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $21.88 to $31.25.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
