You will report to the P2P Team Leader, as part of one of one of our largest divisions in Budapest: **Supply Chain Management** . **You will:** + Procure direct materials *following plant and corporate regulations (QA, SCM) + Communicates and coordinates with network schedulers for plan and execution updates + Works closely with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of material to plant + Resolving internal discrepancies with operations and external issues with suppliers (e.g. delivery issues, claims, quality issues etc.) + Evaluates and monitors supply performance(SOTD) working with suppliers and category managers to implement corrective/preventive actions for on time performance improvement. + Supplier invoice management and support in resolution of holds for timely payments + Maintains inventory levels of materials in accordance with the objectives set and works with inputs from inventory analysts and network schedulers for optimized inventory level. + Coordinates with Supplier Quality and suppliers for RMA of defective parts and related reverse logistics + Maintains relevant purchasing data (specific to Price through SPIR policy ) and other purchasing data (e.g., unit price change, supplier lead time, MOQ, MOV, single/dual sourced, and so on) in collaboration with Data Health and Commodity team + Utilizes all digital tools available for SCM for maximized efficiency . + Responsible for sharing with the team: best materials management practices, continuous improvement of process, development of process standards, compliance with materials planning processes, and reporting in alignment with the network and global supply chain organization **Qualifications:** + College/University Degree + 2+ years experience in Purchasing/ Procurement/ Material Management **Skills:** • Fluent English language capabilities, Intermediate German language capabilities, additional European language is a plus • MS Office skills (Excel) • Experience in purchasing/procurement (manufacturing environment preferred) • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Vista, BaaN, …) • Ability to communicate effectively • CI mindset • Proactive Can Do Attitude • Ability to work in a team • High level of accuracy **What we offer:** + Wide range of Employee Benefits: Hybrid work model, Annual bonus, Cafeteria, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Eye-glass refund, AYCM partnership, Internal reward system (E-Stars) + Employee Wellbeing Support: Access comprehensive support programs designed to enhance your overall wellbeing + Family Friendly: Enjoy a family-friendly environment with policies that support work-life balance + Talent Management and Career Development: We are dedicated to your professional growth, with a strong focus on internal mobility, continuous learning, and peer coaching + Dog-Friendly: Bring your furry friend to work in our dog-friendly office + Dedicated Spaces: Utilize our family room, multi-prayer room, stretching room, and chill room for your comfort and convenience + Company Yoga Sessions: Participate in regular yoga sessions to stay fit and relaxed + Social Responsibility: Join a socially responsible organization committed to making a positive impact + Employee Appreciation Day: Celebrate with us on Employee Appreciation Day, recognizing your hard work and contributions We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
