Developing and understanding the supply system;Keeping a good relationship with the suppliers;Accomplishing the MRP - Material Planning System: giving new orders to the suppliers based on the existing demand and respecting the suppliers production time, following the evolution of the customer's request and ensuring the production materials, in due time;Following and triggering the material order changes, that impact the MRP: informing the management on time, through the established process;Following the evolution of the excess and of the material stock that has not been used;Solving, in due time, the financial discrepancies concerning the received and ordered quantities;Updates logistics material master data, takes into account defined targets (e.g. safety stock level) for purchased parts in agreement with internal posts;Prepares solution measures in the event of supply bottlenecks in cooperation with internal posts, suppliers;Responsible for E-Transport process for allocated suppliers.
