Operational Data Specialist
**Overview** Cayuse Federal Services (CFS) provides innovative and flexible solutions to federal government clients, emphasizing cost-effective excellence. Core service areas for CFS include Environmental Services Investigation and Remediation, Munitions Response/Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), Operations Support Services Bases, Ranges, Airfields, and Logistics/Warehouse Management. **Primary Focus** The Operational Data Specialist will assist in developing and administering industrial security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documentation and equipment while preparing manuals and outline regulations and establish procedures. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse. **Responsibilities** + Must be capable of studying and implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operations. + Must be able to prepare manuals, outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records and grant personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. + Experience in developing and administering industrial security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documentation, and equipment. + Must be able to conduct security education classes. + Must be experienced in investigating security violations and preparing reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. + Install and configure Microsoft On-Premises Data Gateway to enhance business operations. + Develop, maintain, and ensure data integrity throughout the lifecycle, processing raw data into organized, actionable information. + Implement machine learning techniques and data models to generate insights and solutions for complex problems. + Design and develop custom Dataverse solutions, including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), to meet business requirements. + Integrate Dataverse with Power Automate and Power BI for seamless workflows and data visualization. + Develop statistical software and tools for data analysis, including regression, machine learning, and data engineering. + Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices across platforms. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. + Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform to enhance performance. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree preferred. + 5 Years of Experience + Four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree. + Active Secret Security Clearance required. + Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
