We are seeking an Operational Development Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of processes and programs designed to increase company efficiency and effectiveness. This role gathers internal and external data and provides recommendations to management for review. This position also manages offboarding properties due to sales or transfers in management.

The day-to-day:
Coordinate with various departments to test and implement new systems and initiatives Partner with others to review and/or create user guides, documentation, forms, and trainings on new and existing policies and proceduresAddress operational submissions through an internal ticketing system to resolve issues and requestsEnsure the seamless transition of systems and contracts during a property transition, coordinating with vendors to ensure uninterrupted servicesPartner with appropriate personnel, both internally and externally, to collect, consolidate, and evaluate asset informationCommunication transition status to all relevant corporate departments and site teams effectively, timely, and accuratelyOversee and execute tasks and duties on all transition process checklistsEnsure all parties involved in the disposition process are coordinating effectively and that their contributions are timely, accurate, and thoroughPrepare monthly operational compliance reports, including employee accounts receivable reports, purchasing card reconciliations, and occupancy license agreement reconciliationsWhat you bring:
Advanced skill level with MS Word, MS Excel, MS TeamsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to concisely and clearly write instructional materials and develop effective trainingsAbility to deliver clear verbal directionsCritical thinking, data analysis, and attention to detail Intermediate skill level with Yardi or similar property management software Ability to work with all levels of management and internal/external customersAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesWorks independently with the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills and knowledgeDemonstrates professionalism and pride of ownership in assigned responsibilitiesStrong collaborative attitude and ability to navigate sensitive situations and resolve conflict effectively RequirementsQualifications:
