We are looking for an Operational Excellence and Digital Coordinator Medical Devices & Combination Products who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join our Medical Devices & Combination Products team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l'alleud, Belgium.
About the Role
As an Operational Excellence and Digital Coordinator, you will work closely with the production teams and the Operational Excellence leader to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with Operational Excellence (OE) and digital Internal Manufacturing standards, facilitating training sessions, and leading digital projects.
Who You Will Work With
You will be part of the Medical Devices & Combination Products team, collaborating with production teams and the OE leader. You will also interact with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of OE and digital initiatives.
What You Will Do
Work daily on the shop floor.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Participate in the OE assessment and execute the roadmap.Initiate, calculate budget and follow-up on improvement projectsEnsure alignment with OE and digital IM standards.Facilitate training sessions and workshops.Lead digital projects.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent by experience.Experience in operational excellence and digital project management.Strong knowledge of OE and digital standards.Excellent communication and training skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of GMP regulations is an assetFluent knowledge of French and working knowledge of English.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
