1. Become Operations Representative for Regional activities and/or initiatives
2. Lead & perform monitoring for transactions within  Operations Division  
3. Produce, maintain and improve regular and ad-hoc reports related with Operations area 
4. Performance monitoring for all KPIs (Local & Regional), SLA and Ops productivity
5. Analyse any performance issue & coordinate with cross department for improvement plan

 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in quantitative field such as mathematics/ industrial engineering/ statistics or computer science At least having 3 years working experience in insurance industry Experience in data analyst and problem solving Good in using Ms. Office, SQL, etc.
