As an Operational Excellence Manager, you are a process leader with outstanding customer engagement, strong program management skills, a passion for data, and a quest for continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

Serve as the Baxter Operating System (BOS) expert, driving BOS standard processes, tools and templates in CI and Lean, both in operations/manufacturing and across the organization.Crafting a culture of lean transformation, continuous improvement, and operations excellence to increase critical key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, lead times, gross margin, and days of inventory outstanding.Leading hands-on workshops and providing ongoing support and mentorship to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of the program. This includes conducting on-site workshops, coaching and mentoring employees, and offering support to sites facing specific challenges or issues.Conduct BOS and Lean training for all levels of the organization. Lead and monitor the certification of the organization's yellow, green, and black belt programs.Integrate Industry 4.0 / Digital Tools as an integral part of BOS.

What you'll bring

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred). or Business ManagementProven results in Continuous Improvement and operations leadership roles within a complex manufacturing environment.Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.Experience as a practitioner of Lean tools including but not limited to Six Sigma (Blackbelt preferred), DMAIC and other advanced Problem-Solving methods, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual and Daily Management, Transactional Process Improvement, Pull Systems, and 80/20.Drive accountability for results - the ability to delegate and manage a variety of skill sets.Interpersonal skills - identify and build a purposeful team cultureTime and priority management - ability to balance a heavy workload and time constraints while managing and delegating other employees and projects.Decision-making skills - the ability to drive quick and disciplined decisions.Fluent English
