As an Operational Excellence Manager you will be in charge of ensuring that the solutions developed are deployed efficiently, reliably, and operationally, while ensuring a successful transition to the operational environment.

 

Areas of Responsibilities : 

 

Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement. Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc., to optimize processes and reduce costs. Develop action plans and performance indicators to track the progress and results of operational excellence initiatives. Train and coach operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational excellence goals with the overall business strategy. Ensure coordination between development teams, operations teams and stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions deployed Plan and oversee the process of deploying IT solutions, ensuring that deliverables comply with specifications and quality standards. Develop transition strategies and plans to ensure a successful release of solutions, minimizing risk and disruption. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed to be easily operational and maintainable once deployed. Implement monitoring and support processes to ensure the availability and performance of solutions once in production. Continuously evaluate and improve build-to-run transition processes to optimize deployment efficiency and reliability.

 

 

Required skills & Qualifications : 

Language: Fluent English (high level of both spoken and written English) Bachelor degree in Information Technology Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT service delivery, with a proven track record of managing IT team and client relationships ITIL certification is a plus Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate development and operations teams, foster collaboration and inspire trust. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and management, as well as to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Change Management: Ability to manage the transition of development projects to the operational phase, anticipating and managing resistance to change. Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems related to the build-to-run transition, using creativity and perseverance. Customer Focus: Ability to understand the business needs of end users and ensure that deployed solutions meet those needs. Time and Priority Management: Ability to effectively manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure successful deployments on time.
