Could This Be For You?The Operational Excellence Manager is part of Hanger’s Supply Chain & Customer Operations Business Process & Transformation Team. The role is responsible for developing and overseeing Hanger Supply Chain and Customer Operations Continuous Improvement Program using Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Reporting to the Director of Business Process and Transformation, this role is responsible for developing, training and leading a program to embed a culture of can-do, data based, continuous improvement mind-set inclusive of all levels of the organization and empowering team members to participate in how work is done. Your Impact Develop, define, and implement a comprehensive Lean program to foster excellence in Supply Chain culture.Champions process improvement and lean program development; oversees the implementation of best practices across the entire supply chain.Provide leadership and support necessary to continuous improvement projects, applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to strategic projects and goals of the business.Leading and managing Lean Six Sigma projects to improve business processes and reduce waste and variation.Training, coaching, and mentoring team members in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.Analyzing data and using statistical tools to identify root causes of problems and develop data-driven solutions.Facilitating change management to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of improvements.Communicating project progress, results, return on investment and impact to stakeholders. Minimum QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Engineering, Business, Management).8 years’ related business experience. 4 years+ plus Lean Six Sigma experience.Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.Preferred
