Job Description

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our EMEA Regional Operations team as our Operational Excellence Specialist.

Reporting to our EMEA team, you will work both regionally and globally to lead process improvement through cross function teams. These improvements are focused to increase margin, increase the speed of delivery and ensure customer expectations are met.

Operational Excellence is an expanding side of our Operational team, your role adds more depth and capability to this focus and gives you the opportunity to improve our results directly. You will need to handle a large amount of information, understand the current processes, and implement more efficient solutions to our challenges. Your role is important to our success and is empowered to lead by networking globally to improve efficiency within the business.

Your Responsibilities - You Will Do:Complete regional changes and tool implementation, following global standards, to increase margin, increase the speed of delivery and ensure customer expectations are met.Identify and lead process improvements to increase productivity across the business, through Lean methodologies, change management and project management.Measure process performance against process requirements, to identify areas of improvement and to show the financial value of the change.Lead employees who are subject matter experts or partners to determine and resolve process issues effecting the business.Develop continuous improvement skills across the Operations team to assist with the identification and resolution of process challenges.Communicate expectations and results to leadership, promoting your accomplishments while acknowledging the team.Collaborate with your peers globally, sharing challenges, resolutions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:5 years experience within a continuous improvement role.Knowledge of operational processes from quotation to delivery.Confidence to take ownership and make decisions.Experienced in adapting presentations to different audiences.Fluent English spoken and written.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Knowledge of change management.Proficient in Microsoft 365.
